This bronze medal, created by Adriaan Bemme in 1813, commemorates the life of Herman Boerhaave, a renowned Dutch physician. This commemorative medal, currently housed in the Rijksmuseum, is a testament to Boerhaave's lasting legacy in the field of medicine.
