"Clock Watch" (1595 - 1615) is a small, intricately crafted pocket watch made by the Dutch goldsmith Michael Nouwen. The watch is made of gold and is decorated with intricate floral motifs. The case is designed with an openwork lid that allows the timepiece inside to be seen. Nouwen was known for his expertise in creating these small, finely detailed timepieces, and this piece is a prime example of his work. The watch is currently on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
