Editor: So, this is Alexander Cozens' "26. All Cloudy, except One Large Opening…" It's a delicate little print, feels almost like a fleeting thought captured. What catches your eye? Curator: For me, it's how Cozens uses the cloudscape almost as a mirror. The darkness at the top, fading towards the bottom... isn't that just life, darlings? Things often feel heavier at the start, don’t they? He is a master of emotional weather. Editor: So, you're saying the landscape reflects inner turmoil? Curator: Perhaps! Or maybe it's just a pretty cloud. But isn’t it fun to imagine what a scribble of clouds can tell us? Editor: Definitely food for thought. I’ll look at clouds differently from now on.
