The composition in this section is more intimate and the figures seem more relaxed. It brings to mind the work of Nan Goldin, who captured fleeting moments of intimacy and connection. Like Goldin, Onnen seems interested in art as an ongoing conversation, with each image offering a new perspective on the human experience. There’s an ambiguity in the work that makes it all the more compelling.
