Train Landscape 1953

Ellsworth Kelly made this "Train Landscape" painting with, I think, a real sense of process. It makes me think of those Ad Reinhardt paintings; so spare, but so full. Ultimately, I see Kelly’s work as an ongoing experiment. Each piece is just one step in a longer journey, a constant conversation with color and form. It’s never about finding the "right" answer, but about embracing the endless possibilities of art.
