This pair of silver-mounted glass bottles, known as "Bottle with cover", was crafted by the Barnard Brothers between 1874 and 1875. The bottles feature a clear, faceted glass body, and are topped with silver lids featuring an engraved floral pattern and a central brass cap with a monogram. These bottles are small in scale and demonstrate the fine craftsmanship of the Barnard Brothers, who were known for their exquisite silverwork. The piece is currently housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
