Carlo Antonio Buffagnotti created this print, *Architectural Motif with a Drape with Fruit*, sometime between 1660 and 1710. Buffagnotti lived and worked during a period of intense artistic and intellectual exchange, where the boundaries between art, science, and philosophy were constantly being renegotiated.
