Covered Soup Tureen with Stand c. 1865

This set of covered tureens and plates, dating back to around 1865, was produced by Minton's Pottery and Porcelain Factory. The intricate design features a decorative border with gold accents and red floral motifs, characteristic of the Victorian era. The pieces are now on display at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. This set is a beautiful example of fine English porcelain, showcasing the craftsmanship and artistic taste of the mid-19th century.
