Jannis Kounellis created this installation, although untitled, it speaks volumes with its suspended metal forms. You can almost feel Kounellis in the space, carefully arranging each cascading line. Imagine the studio: the artist, surrounded by metal, thinking about weight, space, and gravity. He’s probably thinking about Arte Povera, a movement he helped define, where everyday materials become poetry. Each triangular form hangs, echoing others, creating a kind of spatial music. It reminds me a little of Eva Hesse, who made similar work also evoking lightness and industrial forms. I'm fascinated by repetition, how a simple shape, multiplied, can transform a whole room. The way Kounellis orchestrates this space, it's like he's composing a score. Artists are always responding to each other, aren't they? Building on the past, remixing it, pushing it forward. It’s never a solo act, but a deep, ongoing conversation.
