Kop en schotel c. 1780

This porcelain teacup and saucer, created by the Porseleinfabriek Den Haag in the Netherlands around 1780, is a fine example of 18th-century European decorative arts. The cup and saucer are decorated with intricate floral motifs and a central scene within an oval frame, all rendered in delicate colors and gold accents. The cup and saucer are now part of the Rijksmuseum collection in Amsterdam.
