"Segunda parte del triste y muy doloroso llanto fúnebre" (Second Part of the Sad and Very Painful Funeral Cry) is a broadside, a single sheet of paper printed on both sides, by Manuel Manilla, a Mexican printmaker working in the 19th century. The print features two poems, each with a decorative border and accompanying illustration. The image to the right depicts a man standing in front of an open grave in a cemetery, mourning the deceased. This work, now in the collection of the Art Institute of Chicago, exemplifies the common use of broadsides as a way to distribute and preserve poems and other forms of literature in 19th century Mexico.
