Dimensions: Dimensions vary with installation

Editor: Here we have Rebecca Horn’s “Flying Books Under Black Rain Painting”, an installation piece that really overtakes the space. It feels almost like a melancholic storm, doesn't it? What strikes you about this work? Curator: Yes, a storm of knowledge, perhaps? For me, it's that interplay between destruction and creation. Those falling 'books'… are they surrendering knowledge, or liberating it? Does that make sense? Editor: It does! A little ominous, though. Curator: Exactly! It's the paradox, isn't it? Destruction begets new beginnings. What do you think? Editor: I like how the piece provokes reflection and invites multiple interpretations. Curator: Absolutely. Art's about asking questions, not giving answers.
