"Overlijden van Willem IV" is a commemorative medal designed by Dutch medallist Nicolaas van Swinderen in 1751. The medal commemorates the death of William IV, Prince of Orange, and depicts his portrait on one side and a scene of his funeral on the other. The inscription on the back reads: “OMNIUM MEMORIAM REX VILLELMUS OCCIDIT”. The medal is a striking example of the Dutch medallic tradition.
