"Het nieuwe vermakelijke Luilekkerland" (The New Entertaining Lazybones Land) is a series of 24 small woodcuts made by Dutch artist Jan de (II) Lange in 1822-1849. The work is a satirical take on daily life in the Netherlands, with each image depicting a scene from a fictional story or folklore. These small vignettes are arranged in a grid, offering a playful look at the human condition, with humorous elements incorporated into each scene. This colorful print is a great example of Dutch popular graphic art from the 19th century and is now held in the Rijksmuseum.
