Editor: So, this is "Triumph of Christ" by Robert Theer, and it seems to be a print. It feels very processional, almost like a somber parade. What do you see in this piece? Curator: It is processional, isn't it? But I don't know if I see somber as much as determined. Look at the way they carry those crosses and instruments – there's a real weight, but also a purpose. Like they're marching toward something monumental, even if it's heavy. What do you make of that? Editor: That's a good point, I suppose it could be interpreted as determined. I think I appreciate the detail in their faces, it really brings out the humanity. Thanks for the insight. Curator: And thank you, for helping me see the somberness within that triumph. It's always there, isn't it?
