Sandu Darie made this untitled piece as part of his “Formas Geométricas Móviles” series. It's all about movement, right? The geometric shapes are carefully arranged, like a dance frozen in time. I love how Darie uses simple materials to create such a dynamic composition. The black and white colors give it a graphic punch. You can almost feel the wood grain, which makes you think about the physical effort that went into making it. Take a look at how those starbursts overlap. It's like he’s playing with positive and negative space, creating a sense of depth and dimension. The whole thing feels so balanced, yet also full of energy, you know? It kind of reminds me of some of Sophie Taeuber-Arp's geometric abstractions, but with a playful, kinetic twist. It’s a cool reminder that art is always in conversation with itself, and that there are no right or wrong answers, just different ways of seeing.
