Robert Frank made this photographic work, "From the bus 63", and it's like looking at someone else's contact sheet – all these little worlds captured in monochrome. I see a kind of diary, maybe thoughts running through his head as he looked out of that bus window. Each frame seems to hold a different mood or fragment of a story. There are glimpses of daily life, street scenes, and intimate moments, all mashed up together. I feel the artist was like a hunter, tracking down something real and true. I see a relationship between the mundane and the momentous, like he’s saying, “Hey, look at this! This matters, too.” It’s almost like flicking through TV channels – how do all these different images relate? And what does it all mean?
