Victor Vasarely, the Op Art master, made "Sinvilag A" using geometric shapes and colors to create optical illusions. I can imagine Vasarely, with his architect's mind, carefully plotting each square on the canvas, like designing a cityscape from a bird's eye view. The blue outlines make the cubes pop, while the red dots dance on the surface, creating a dizzying effect. Maybe he’s thinking about the grid as a system, a foundation for infinite possibilities, like Sol LeWitt, but with a touch of Escher's mind-bending perspectives. It's like he’s saying, “Hey, let's play with perception, challenge what we think we know about space and form!” Like other artists, Vasarely invites us to see the world in new ways.
