Editor: This is "Caca" by Phil Collins, from the Tate Collection. It's a photograph, quite intimate, cropped so close to the subject’s face. It gives me a slightly uneasy, voyeuristic feeling. What do you see in it? Curator: Uneasy is a good word. The title itself, "Caca," is a bit of a dare, isn't it? We're invited to look at something deeply personal, almost repulsive in its vulnerability. The grass, the light—it’s all so close, like a memory half-forgotten. Perhaps Collins wants us to confront our own discomfort. What do you think? Editor: I think you’re right. It's definitely challenging. It makes me think about beauty and ugliness, and where the line blurs. Curator: Exactly! Art that makes you question is often the most rewarding. Thanks for noticing that.
