Mixing Bowl c. 20th century

This emerald green "Mixing Bowl" was made by Corning Glass Works, though we don't know exactly when. Isn't it lovely? I imagine the designer playing with light, thinking about refraction, trying to capture the perfect shade of green, and how this bowl might feel in someone’s hands, what it might hold. The bowl's interior is this soft, almost milky white, a lovely contrast to the outer green. I can imagine holding it, feeling the smooth surface, the slight weight of the glass.
