"Faun, som bærer en krukke" is a small bronze sculpture created by an anonymous artist sometime between 1546 and 1555. The sculpture depicts a faun, a mythological creature with goat-like features, holding a large vase or jar. The figure is shown in a dynamic pose, seemingly reaching up to pour the contents of the vase. The artwork is a fine example of the Renaissance interest in classical mythology and the human form. Today, the piece is a part of the SMK - Statens Museum for Kunst's collection.
