Millbank 1903

"Millbank" is a 1903 etching by American artist Joseph Pennell. The artwork depicts a scene on the River Thames in London, England, with several boats docked at the shore. Pennell is known for his detailed depictions of urban landscapes and the use of etching, a printmaking process where the artist scratches into a metal plate with a needle to create lines that are then inked and printed.
