This etching, created by Dutch artist Jacobus Harrewijn between 1700 and 1725, depicts a woman standing in a garden. The woman holds a vase, a symbol of beauty and grace, against a background of cypress trees. Harrewijn's meticulous use of line creates a sense of both realism and elegance. The piece showcases the artist’s skill in capturing the beauty of the human form. This work, currently held in the Rijksmuseum, is an important example of Dutch 18th-century printmaking.
