Editor: This is Richard Hamilton’s *AAH!*, made in 1961. It's…intriguing. Kind of abstract, almost like a technical drawing exploded. What’s your take on it? Curator: It's a dance, isn’t it? A flirtation with form. Hamilton's teasing us – is it a car? A face? The "AAH!" itself… it's the sound of surprise, discovery! He wants us to participate in the unravelling. Don’t you feel that? Editor: Absolutely, it's like a puzzle. I hadn’t considered the sound aspect before. Curator: And that little cube hovering there… a tiny anchor in all the chaos! It’s quite playful, really. It certainly gives you a lot to ponder. Editor: I love that idea of the cube as an anchor. Thanks, that helps so much.
