FORMA DE EMITIR SONIDOS 

Ramon Oviedo created "Forma de Emitir Sonidos," which translates to "The Form of Emitting Sounds," using a mixed media that invites us to consider the multi-sensory nature of art. Oviedo, a Dominican artist, lived through a period of significant political and social upheaval.
