Vuursteenpistool voor gestapelde lade c. 1660 - 1720

This flintlock pistol, dating from the early 18th century, is a fine example of Dutch gunsmithing. The work of Wijert Swartt, a prominent gunsmith from the period, it is notable for its elegant design and high quality craftsmanship. The pistol features a richly-grained walnut stock, finely-inlaid silver accents, and a polished steel barrel.
