This woodcut print by Albrecht Dürer, created between 1508 and 1510, depicts four scenes from the Passion of Christ. The top left panel shows the Washing of the Feet, where Christ washes the feet of his disciples. The top right panel is the Agony in the Garden, where Christ prays in Gethsemane before his arrest. The bottom left panel shows the Arrest of Christ and the bottom right shows Christ before Annas, one of the Jewish High Priests. Dürer's use of detail and perspective in these scenes is masterful, and the print is considered one of his finest works. This print was created by Dürer using a technique called woodcut, where an image is carved into a wooden block and then ink is applied to the surface to create the print.
