"H.M.S. Glatton, British Navy" is a chromolithograph from the "Naval Vessels of the World" series, produced by the Kinney Brothers Tobacco Company in 1889. The card depicts a side view of the British warship, with a British flag flying from its mast. The ship is shown sailing on a calm sea, with the Kinney Brothers logo and the text "CIGARETTES, HIGH CLASS" at the bottom of the card. This card is a great example of the advertising techniques of the late 19th century, using collectible cards to promote tobacco products.
