"Jobs voorspoed hersteld" (Job's Prosperity Restored) is an engraving from the 17th century by an anonymous artist. This work depicts a scene from the Book of Job, in which Job is comforted by his friends after his misfortunes. The engraving shows Job reclining on the ground as his friends gather around him. The scene is set in a pastoral landscape, with a village in the background. The work is a powerful example of the art of engraving, with its detailed lines and skillful rendering of light and shadow. It is currently on display at the Rijksmuseum.
