Galena by Manufactured by Wadsworth, Howland & Co.

Editor: So, this is Galena, made by Wadsworth, Howland & Co. It feels so…elemental, like holding a piece of the earth's raw blueprint. What do you see in this piece? Curator: It’s funny you say blueprint, I see a miniature skyscraper, a kind of Brutalist fantasy forged by nature. It reminds us that art isn’t just made, it’s unearthed, isn't it? The geometry is so unexpected. Editor: I never would've thought to see architecture in it. Curator: Think about how we find beauty in the unexpected. That tension, that discovery, is where the magic happens, both for the artist and the viewer. Editor: True. Now I see the building blocks of creativity itself. Curator: Exactly! And that’s the joy of looking, isn't it? We both came in with our own ideas, and left with something…more.
