This etching, titled "Hond en kat in vechthouding tegenover elkaar" (Dog and Cat in Fighting Posture Facing Each Other), was created in 1809 by Adam von Bartsch, a prominent Austrian printmaker. The artwork depicts a fierce confrontation between a dog and a cat, capturing a classic theme of animal rivalry.
