"Putto bij een palmboom" is an etching by an anonymous artist, created around 1670-1690. The artwork depicts a scene with several cherubs, or putti, playing in a garden setting. The central figure is a putto standing next to a palm tree, while other cherubs are playing with water, toys, and instruments. The etching is part of the Rijksmuseum collection and has dimensions of 160 mm in height and 208 mm in width. This work reflects the popular 17th-century fascination with cherubs and the beauty of the natural world, often featured in Dutch art of this period.
