"Celery Vase" is a pair of cut glass vases, produced by Bakewell, Page & Bakewell, a glassmaking company active in England during the 19th century. The vases, which are currently located at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, feature intricate, engraved designs and are a prime example of English pressed glass, a popular and affordable method of glass production in the 19th century. The vases were likely used for holding celery, a popular garnish during the Victorian era.
