"Miss Winner in Colors of Beverly Yacht Club," from the "Yacht Colors of the World" series, is a chromolithograph produced in 1890 by W. Duke, Sons & Co. to promote Honest Long Cut Tobacco. The card features a stylized portrait of a young woman wearing a red and blue boating outfit and a blue cap. The image is framed by an archway of small flags, and two larger flags stand on each side. The central figure is a visual representation of the Beverly Yacht Club and its nautical theme, which was a popular subject in American advertising during the late 19th century. The artwork, now part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collection, is an excellent example of how companies used collectible cards to promote their products during the late Victorian era.
