"Vrede van Rijswijk" is a silver medal by Dutch artist Jan Boskam, created in 1697, commemorating the Peace of Rijswijk, which ended the Nine Years' War between France and a Grand Alliance. The obverse depicts an overturned helmet with wheat, symbolizing peace and prosperity, while the reverse features a cross formed by four hands emerging from clouds, representing the unity and cooperation achieved through the peace treaty. Boskam, born in 1687, is known for his medallic work and died at a young age in 1708.
