Dirk Bouts’ *The Capture of Christ* (c. 1415-1475) depicts the moment when Jesus is arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane. The painting portrays a dramatic scene with intense emotion, showcasing the struggle of Jesus' arrest by Roman soldiers, as well as Judas Iscariot's betrayal.
