Eforie Seashore 

Stefan Popescu's "Eforie Seashore" is an intimate painting rendered with oil on an indeterminate support. The composition is divided into three horizontal registers, the first is the sky, the second the sea and the third the ground. Popescu's brushstrokes, clearly visible, add a tactile quality to the work and are the primary vehicle by which meaning is conveyed.
