Curator: This etching, "We Are Not the Last," is by Zoran Music. Editor: It feels like a half-remembered nightmare, doesn't it? The figures are both present and dissolving. Curator: Music was a survivor of Dachau, and that experience, I think, permeates his work. The title itself is a statement of haunting continuity. Editor: The faces, repeated, are like echoes of suffering. And that murky backdrop? It's like a shroud. Do you think it's a warning, or perhaps a lament? Curator: Maybe it's both. Music doesn't offer easy answers. He gives us the stark reality of memory, the way trauma clings and repeats. It’s in the weight of the title. Editor: Yes, a burden, but also a shared humanity. We must remember what he is telling us.
