Editor: This is a page from an album, "Untitled," by Iorwerth Grey Lloyd, showcasing various buildings at Oxford. The sepia tones give it such an old-world, almost dreamlike quality. What do you see in this collection of images? Curator: Ah, yes, Lloyd’s wistful gaze. I feel the pull of history, don't you? Each photograph seems to hold a secret, a whisper of the past echoing through the stones of Oxford. I find myself wondering, what stories do these walls hold? And what did Lloyd feel as he captured them? Editor: That's a lovely way to look at it. The personal connection he must have felt… I hadn't considered that. Curator: Exactly! It’s as if he’s saying, "Look, here's a piece of my heart," inviting us to share in the quiet contemplation of time and place. Editor: It really makes you think about the artist's perspective and how that affects the way we see the work.
