This cup and saucer, made by Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy, dates from the mid-18th century and features a delicate floral design. The white porcelain is decorated with brightly colored flowers, executed in the popular Chinoiserie style which imitated Asian art. The intricate patterns and vibrant hues are typical of Italian porcelain production during this period. This charming tea set is an excellent example of the artistry and skill of the Ginori factory.
